St Barbara is dedicated to the development of our graduates and provides a flexible program that offers a mix of hands-on experience across our Operations, combined with exposure to various geology functions.

As a Graduate Geologist with St Barbara, you will gain knowledge and associated skills which are relevant to the gold mining industry and geology specific training. The position is primarily based in Leonora with a 9/5 roster offered out of Perth. The opportunity to work across multiple sites is available giving diverse exposure to this exciting role.

You will also receive mentoring from experienced Geologists, who will support your transition from University life to your professional career whilst providing regular feedback on your performance, enabling you to strive to do better.

We are seeking applicants who are enthusiastic about developing their professional careers with St Barbara. Ideally you will be near to or have completed your Geological degree studies within a 4 year or Honors program. St Barbara's welcome candidate's from interstate and overseas or currently enrolled in Post Graduate Programs.
